ABOUT US Alice in the Attic is a new website, launched in mid June, 2003. We want the webvisiter to enjoy the experience of webshopping. As we progress, we will add additional features: Trends and Styles and a newsletter. We are a small group and growing. Customer service and customer information security is a very important, and essential ingredient of Alice in the Attic. Our special feature is exciting. Alice in the Attic will help promote new artists and designers and introduce the webvisitor to a vast array of new talent -- perhaps collector material. It is an opportunity for new artists and designers to show and sell their work. Most transactions will be directly with the artists and designers and we do not receive commission on the sale. We will also have links to great art galleries who focus on new talent. The newsletter will be fun as well as informative on various topics of interest to our webvisitors. Our webvisitors will have a chance to share interesting and amusing collecting experiences as well as their own stories cleaning out an attic, basement, or closet, or share images from their collections. Alice in the Attic will share experiences as well about cleaning out an attic stacked high with old boxes, and suitcases full of things from the late 1930's to almost present time. We will even have guest columnists, helpful hints and suggestions, and holiday ideas, and more. The newsletter is in progress and we're collecting material. If you would like to submit your story, collection, or would like to be a guest columnist, or have helpful hints you would like to share, or just questions about our site and the Alice in the Attic special feature, contact the newsletter staff at postmaster@aliceintheattic-ps.com.
